Robots from Stuttgart start-up Sereact sort Zalando fashion returns in live operations at CEVA Logistics sites in Greven, Germany, and Świebodzin, Poland. The two-armed machines use Cortex software to handle unsorted items without prior training. This marks the first step of a plan to automate returns across Europe, following Zalando's investment in Sereact's Series B round in July.
