Australia will bar wholly AI-generated tracks from official music charts starting Monday. A track qualifies only if humans wrote the song and performed the lead vocal and primary instruments. AI-generated music is also ineligible for ARIA awards. The rule follows IFPI principles requiring tracks to be substantially human made.
