Google Photos is rolling out a floating bottom bar redesign on Android. The pill-shaped bar replaces the docked navigation, showing tabs for Photos, Collections, and Create. A search circle accesses Gemini-powered Ask Photos. The day indicator moves to a floating top pill. Users can enable "Show dates in grid" to restore the old experience.
