The Boring Company signed an agreement with Abu Dhabi to study underground transport and utility tunnels across the emirate. This deal adds a second UAE city to its pipeline as it prepares to scale up tunneling back home in Nashville. The current phase is exploratory, and no construction commitment or project budget has been announced.
