Jeffrey Sovern, a Virginia-based Air Force engineer and mechanic, faces 13 counts of destruction of property and six counts each of petit larceny and possession of burglary tools. The charges relate to damaging over a dozen Flock license plate cameras and knocking down their poles. Hundreds support his legal defense.
