FAA to Deploy $875M AI System for Air Traffic

The FAA will launch Smart, an $875 million AI software program from Air Space Intelligence, to help air traffic controllers manage workflows and predict traffic conflicts. The cloud-based system will roll out first in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area.
