Perfect résumés now raise hiring red flags

AI-generated résumés that are overfit for a role are getting candidates rejected from interviews, according to hiring managers at the Ai4 conference in Las Vegas. Kathleen Walch of the Project Management Institute said such résumés are annoying and likely won't get calls. Indeed reports 70% of sponsored applications now come from algorithm recommendations.
