BNB Chain builds new layer-1 for high-frequency trading

BNB Chain is developing a new layer-1 blockchain for high-frequency trading and autonomous AI agents, targeting a mainnet launch in early 2027. The network aims to process over 100,000 transactions per second by streaming transactions directly to the block leader, eliminating the public mempool to prevent front-running and lower latency.
