GMI Cloud, a Mountain View company renting Nvidia GPU servers, raised $668m on Wednesday: $223m Series B equity led by ARCHIV and a $445m credit facility led by Taiwan's CTBC. Nvidia participated. Contracted annual recurring revenue tops $600m, over nine times its end-2025 level. The money adds GPU capacity in the US, Taiwan and Asia-Pacific.
