Andera Raises $37M Series A

Andera, a US-based software company building an AI-native platform to automate internal audits, raised $37 million in a Series A round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. The platform automates control testing across SOX, operational, and compliance functions using large language models and agentic tool use.
