Resist.UA founding partner Roman Sulzhyk says the best time to invest in Ukraine is now. Founded in 2023 during Russia's invasion, the fund backs early-stage miltech startups. Its portfolio includes Farsight Vision, M-FLY, and Phantom Technology. In May 2026, TAF Industries acquired a majority stake in Phantom Technology, marking Resist.UA's first exit.
