Anthropic ramps up pre-IPO dealmaking

Anthropic is in talks to acquire Decart, a world models and chip optimization developer, for around $6 billion. The deal could help Anthropic control compute costs or design its own chips ahead of an autumn IPO. Decart raised over $450 million at a $4 billion valuation.
