GalaxEye Gets ₹63.8 Cr For Multisensor Satellite

GalaxEye secured ₹63.84 Cr from India's RDI Fund, via optionally convertible debentures from the Technology Development Board, to build an indigenous OptoSAR satellite. The ₹247.69 Cr project targets sub-0.5-metre resolution and moves the technology from TRL 6 to TRL 9. The Bengaluru startup lost its first OptoSAR satellite in July and now plans two more launches within two years.
