A Brazilian gamer known as Ordo_Liberal won a small-claims court order forcing Microsoft to restore his hacked account and digital game library within 15 days or face fines and roughly $400 in damages. Microsoft had permanently suspended the account despite two-factor authentication being enabled and told him to repurchase his games.
