Vodafone buys out Three in £4.3B deal

Vodafone paid £4.3 billion for the remaining 49 percent of VodafoneThree, taking full ownership of the UK's largest mobile operator. The deal follows the CMA-approved merger and supports an £11 billion network investment plan with £700 million in annual savings expected by 2030.
