Supreme Court to hear AR-15 ban cases next term

The Supreme Court will hear challenges to local bans on the AR-15 rifle in its next term starting October. The court took up two cases from Cook County, Illinois, and Connecticut. An estimated 30 million AR- and AK-style rifles exist in the country.
