A GoldenEyeDog subgroup called CylindricalCanine accessed DigiCert support devices in April 2026 to steal code-signing certificates. The group used Golden Gh0st RAT malware delivered via phishing emails disguised as screenshots. DigiCert revoked 60 certificates, with 27 linked to the threat actor weaponizing them to sign Zhong Stealer malware.
