Lucid Cuts Production by 38% to Clear Inventory

Lucid Motors reduced vehicle production by 38% in the third quarter to 2,954 units, its lowest output since early 2025, while delivering 3,806 cars to clear inventory. The company lost $1.26 billion in the quarter and cut $1.4 billion in costs, reducing headcount to roughly 6,400 from 9,000.
