Spanish startup FOSSA Systems raised about $10.5 million to expand its satellite connectivity constellation. Spain's government-backed SETT fund participated, a year after investing 14 million euros in Sateliot. Kibo Ventures led the round, bringing FOSSA's total raised to nearly $20 million.
