Tesla Solar Factory Caught in Patent Suit

Linton Crystal Technologies sued Zhejiang Jingsheng on September 22 in Texas federal court, claiming two patents on crystal pullers Tesla needs for its planned 100 GW US solar factory. Jingsheng reportedly won a roughly $420 million Tesla order for the furnaces earlier this year. Tesla is not a party, and no order is confirmed.
