Oregon Woman Sues Apple Over AirTag Stalking

An Oregon woman, identified as Jane Doe, sued Apple in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon in Medford last week for $75,000. She says her iPhone never warned her that a former partner's AirTag, hidden under her vehicle, was tracking her, despite Apple's anti-stalking alerts. The stalker was charged and a restraining order issued.
