Apple Restores Baseband Signing for Old iOS Versions

Apple briefly stopped signing baseband firmware for iOS 6 through iOS 10 on legacy iPhones and iPads, blocking restores and downgrades. The change affected only cellular models, including the iPhone 4 through iPhone 5c and several iPads. Apple later restored baseband signing for all affected devices.
