NVIDIA released Nemotron 3 Ultra, a fully open 550B MoE model with 55B active parameters and 1M context, targeting long-running agent workloads. The model is up to 5x faster and 30% lower cost for agentic tasks. It scored 47.7 on the Intelligence Index, the strongest US open-weights model tested, though behind Kimi K2.6.
