Allahabad HC Questions OTP Loan Consent

The Allahabad High Court will examine whether an OTP counts as consent for a digital loan, in a case where a student accepted an education loan through a link and her father's credit score fell from 900 to 681. The court has asked the RBI for instructions and will hear the case on October 13.
