AirDrop and Quick Share Flaws Enable Nearby Attacks

Researchers found six flaws in AirDrop and Quick Share. An attacker within wireless range can crash the sharing service on a Mac or iPhone set to receive from anyone. Quick Share flaws bypass Samsung's session checks and trigger a crash in Google's Windows app. Apple patched one AirDrop bug; Google paid a bounty for the Windows flaw.
