Windows 11 KB5120998 breaks cursors, wallpaper

Windows 11 optional update KB5120998 breaks cursor styling and resets wallpaper to black for many users. Microsoft is investigating, and uninstalling the update fixes both issues. The update also adds a movable taskbar, resizable Start menu, and decluttered Search box.
