Payment Protocol Bug Led to Reconciliation Tool

A contributor to the x402 payment protocol built x402-recovery after a facilitator timeout caused a false failure. The tool polls the blockchain directly instead of trusting the timeout. The same reconciliation problem appears across banks, card networks, and DeFi protocols. The author is now building Run-Fi, a general reconciliation infrastructure running inference on Nosana's decentralized GPU network.
