Copper has updated its Charlie induction range with a 3,000-watt broiler, faster preheating, and compatibility with both 120 and 240-volt outlets. The stove now costs $6,799, an $800 increase. Copper also partnered with Miele to manufacture the ranges at its Alabama factory, aiming to boost production and reliability.
