Terraform-hcloud-kube-hetzner deploys a production-ready K3s cluster on Hetzner Cloud. The open-source project uses openSUSE MicroOS for immutable nodes and automates upgrades. A six-node highly-available cluster with load balancers costs €47.95 per month pre-VAT, compared to $70-$75 for managed GKE or EKS.
