Google Store trade-in error hits Pixel 11 upgraders

Google Store is rejecting trade-ins from Pixel 10 owners upgrading to Pixel 11, removing credits and charging cards. The error cites an "Unknown or unsupported phone" for Pixel 10 series devices. Google support acknowledges a known issue, but no fix is available yet.
