HashDoS resistant reversible integer hash for V8

A new integer hash for V8 addresses CVE-2026-21717 in the March 2026 Node.js security release. The hash resists blind attackers triggering performance degradation while remaining quickly invertible using secret random keys, preserving V8's performance optimizations. Statistical analysis evaluated the hash quality.
