Ubitium, a Dusseldorf semiconductor startup, raised $14m in seed funding led by Ibex Investors. The round includes participation from OpenOcean, KBC Focus Fund, Runa Capital, Inflection, and Florian Seibel. This brings total seed funding to $18m since the company was founded in 2024.
