Comcast intends to appeal a jury verdict finding the company owes $213 million in damages to WhereverTV. The Tampa jury ruled that Comcast's X1 platform infringed on a video technology patent. WhereverTV stock surged 338.6% Thursday, closing at $0.25 each, before dropping 4% on Friday morning trading.
