NIH unveils the world's largest genomics-and-health database

The National Institutes of Health released data from over 747,000 participants in the All of Us program on June 30, 2026. The database links 535,000 whole genome sequences to nearly 482,000 medical records. More than 86 percent of participants come from groups historically overlooked in medical research.
