Plymouth City Council voted almost unanimously on Tuesday to cancel its Flock camera contract, with only Mayor Jeff Wosje dissenting. The vote followed a three-hour meeting and a two-hour study session, three months after resident Doug Maltby and his wife were wrongfully stopped by police who tracked them with Flock cameras for days. Flock CEO Garrett Langley had admitted failures in August.
