Bending Spoons aims $1.62bn raise in US IPO

Bending Spoons, the Italian parent of Vimeo and Eventbrite, aims to raise up to $1.62bn in a US IPO. The company is issuing over 34.3m shares at $26 to $28 each. A successful IPO would value Bending Spoons at roughly $17.8bn, above its 2025 valuation of $14.5bn.
