Raspberry Pi bot catches ISP throttling speeds

A Reddit user built netmon, a Python bot on a Raspberry Pi that runs hourly speed tests and logs device counts. Data showed speeds tanked at specific device counts and times, proving the ISP was throttling. The source code is available on GitHub for others to run 24/7 network monitoring.
