Suisun City, California declared a state of emergency after a cyberattack shut down computer systems including 911 routing and police and fire dispatch. The attack began Friday at 5:45 a.m., with no imminent threat to the public. Foster City and Pittsburg also suffered cyberattacks earlier this year.
