Google Cloud Launches CLI Remote MCP Server

Google Cloud released a remote MCP server in public preview that lets AI agents run gcloud and bq commands in an isolated cloud sandbox. It removes local CLI installs, supports web-based agent platforms, and enforces IAM, OAuth 2.0, Agent Identity, Model Armor and audit logging. There is no charge for the server itself, only for resources used.
