Plugin unlocks VRAM temp tracking on RTX 50-series

Overclock.net member asder00 created a plugin that enables VRAM temperature tracking for each memory module on Nvidia GeForce RTX 50-series Blackwell GPUs. The plugin also accesses the recently exposed hotspot sensor. This gives users granular thermal monitoring previously unavailable on these graphics cards.
