Sculpt OS 26.10 debuted on Friday as the first version based on Genode's custom microkernel. This update replaces reliance on a 3rd-party kernel, solving deficiencies in CPU scheduling and kernel-memory management. The release also adds VirtualBox 7 components for VMs, better web camera handling, and new support for UK keyboards.
