SpaceX Falcon 9 to hit Moon at 5,400 mph

A spent Falcon 9 upper stage will crash into the Moon near the Einstein Crater on 5 August at 5,400 mph, releasing energy equal to three tons of TNT. NASA's LRO and South Korea's Danuri will capture before-and-after images of the new crater.
