China's AI accelerator supplier Biren posts 2,000% year-over-year revenue growth, US export controls benefit homegrown chips as Nvidia and AMD exit market

Biren Technology reported first-half 2026 revenue of $183.9 million, a 1,998% year-over-year increase from $8.665 million in the first half of 2025. The growth followed Nvidia and other American companies stopping AI GPU supplies to China due to export controls.
