Anthropic launches Claude Opus 5 at half Fable 5 price

Anthropic released Claude Opus 5 on July 24, matching or exceeding Fable 5 on most coding and knowledge benchmarks at half the token price. It costs $5 per million input tokens and $25 per million output tokens.
