AMD launched the Ryzen AI Halo Developer Platform, a $3,999 mini PC powered by the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 APU. It features 128GB of unified memory and a 40-CU RDNA 3.5 iGPU, enabling it to outperform the RTX 3090, RTX 4090, and RTX 5090 on large local AI workloads.
