Klue hack leads to customer data breach

Vancouver-based Klue suffered a customer data breach after an attacker used a compromised legacy credential from a 2022 pilot to access third-party platforms like Salesforce. Contact, sales, and support data were exposed. Cybercrime group Icarus claimed responsibility and threatened to publish the stolen data unless a ransom is paid.
