WhatsApp Adds iOS-Style Chat Previews to Android
1 min read
WhatsApp code found in Android beta 2.26.44.12 reveals iOS-style chat previews that do not trigger read receipts. Long-pressing a conversation brings up a floating card with latest messages, allowing users to scroll up inside the preview window to see older messages without triggering read receipts for any of them either.
