Pipeline Runs as First-Class Processes

Data platform observability improved by modeling pipeline runs as explicit processes. A process table tracks pending, running, completed, error, and cancelled states per company and pipeline type. Concurrency is limited to one active process, with a force flag for conflict resolution. Phase timings reveal bottlenecks.
