Lambda SnapStart Now Supports Container Images

AWS extended Lambda SnapStart to container image functions, which support up to 10 GB of dependencies compared to 250 MB for zip archives. This eliminates the tradeoff between dependency headroom and sub-second startup that previously forced teams to strip whitespace and docstrings from packages.
