Ukraine weaponizes stratospheric balloons for strikes

Ukraine has floated over 1,000 cheap balloons into Russia as decoys, relays, and launch platforms. A balloon-dropped Hornet drone doubles its strike range to around 300 km. The DART missile drops from balloons at 12 or 18 km and kills its own navigation in the terminal phase to defeat Russian jammers.
